We are seeking an organised andresponsible Administrative Support Assistant to provide support in our document management and processing, data and systems support, and other administrativesupport.

Responsibilities:

Document Management & Administrative Support

·   Filing,scanning, naming and saving day to day hard copy documents into the physical correspondence files/ shared drive folders.

·    Receive, sort, batch and prepare hard copy incoming documents (such as bank statements, bank advice & other trust related mails and documents) for scanning into our digital document management system, ensuring clarity and proper naming conventions.

·    Download, sort and save soft copy documents from online portals into our digital document management system.

·    Performing general office tasks, including photocopying,binding, and arranging couriers

Data &Systems Support

·    Assist in the migration of data within our document management system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

·    Minimum of 2+ years of experiencein an administrative, clerical, or document processing role.

·    Experience in a legal, financial,or professional services environment will be added advantage, but notcompulsory.

·    Experience with scanning hardwareand software, and a strong understanding of digital file management.

·    Strong skills in Microsoft Officeespecially Outlook, Word, and Excel.

·    A meticulous approach to data entryand migration, with a focus on accuracy.

·    Ability to handle sensitive andconfidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

·     Able to work independently with minimal supervisionand take ownership of their responsibilities.

KOL & Influencer Management:

• Identification: Research, identify, and categorize potential KOLs and nano/micro-influencers whose audiences and persona align with our Paylater target demographic and values.
• Outreach & Relationship Nurturing: Execute initial outreach, manage communication, and nurture long-term relationships with KOLs to secure organic and paid content collaborations.
• Campaign Execution: Coordinate the timely delivery of collaboration content, ensuring all disclosures and brand guidelines are met.

Community Management:

• Identify high-value user stories or testimonials within the community and coordinate with the creative team to develop them into formal case studies or marketing assets.
• Oversee the final review and approval process for the videos and ensure all content is stored, cataloged, and ready for deployment across marketing channels.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Track and report on key community and KOL performance indicators, including Engagement Rate, Follower Growth, social sentiment and total reach.
• Provide insights to the Marketing teams regarding which content formats and topics resonate best with the community.
• Coordinating with the performance team to ensure all of the selected KOL content is being pushed to the paid channels.
   

The Support Analyst provides end-user support in creating documentation for recurring tasks as well as assisting the team in setting up user accounts. This person diagnoses, troubleshoots and resolves basic and moderate technical problems. This person operates under defined processes and procedures and makes decisions regarding short-term priorities and work activities requiring interpretation of guidelines, policies and procedures. The Support Analyst will work closely with our Helpdesk, Desktop Technology, and ATS teams in supporting users in general IT problems.  This is a Night Shift role
