Location: Vibrant office located at a prime mall, Singpost Center! Nearby is Paya Lebar Square and Paya Lebar Mall, offering plenty of great dining and entertainment options.
Job Description:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (In-person presence at the office is largely required although some days of remote work is possible with prior discussion and mutual trust!)
Pay: 3k - 4k is the range for the pay, but is negotiable depending on ones' qualifications and/or skills.
Role & Responsibilities:
As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting various business functions and ensuring operational efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative and operational support to managers and team members
- Assisting with documentation, data entry, and report preparation
- Coordinating internal processes and ensuring timely follow-up on tasks and deadlines
- Helping maintain and organize internal records and project documentation
- Supporting client servicing efforts through follow-up communication, scheduling, and query handling
- Assisting with coordination of meetings, internal events, or training sessions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and efficiency
- Handling basic research or reporting tasks related to business needs
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- Qualifications: University students, fresh graduates, A-level holders preferred (any discipline welcome – HR, Business, Admin, or related fields a bonus!)
- Commitment: Able to commit to the role for at least 1 year, with growth opportunities available
