Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

Below is the job description for Remote Desktop Service Support:

* Acts as a level 2 support for technical issues, or escalation point from Level 1 Service Desk support

* Able to resolve technical issue remotely within the given SLA

* Provides technical support via remote connection (BeyondTrust) to large enterprise government agency users

* Resolves software installation and software upgrade issues via Software Center/CCMCache

* Resolves access, sign-in issues, and general usage of M365 Office account

* Generates logs and screenshots required to escalate to third-party vendors

* Troubleshoots basic network connection issues

* Proactively shares and collaborates with colleagues for knowledge-sharing

* Provide additional shift coverage, including on scheduled off days when required, to support operational needs and maintain service levels during team member absences or manpower shortages.

Working Days & Time: Mon to Fri (8am to 5.45pm)

Job Descriptions:

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on diesel, gasoline, electrical, and hydraulic ground support equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability

• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults using diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and testing equipment to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency

• Ensure all equipment complies with safety regulations, company procedures, and operational standards by conducting regular safety checks and corrective actions when necessary

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, service logs, and repair documentation to support equipment tracking, compliance, and maintenance planning

 Job Responsibilities:

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in Ground Support Equipment (GSE), heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial machinery maintenance

• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems independently

• Able to read and understand basic electrical schematic diagrams

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, AutoCAD, and Adobe Acrobat

• Willing to travel to multiple work locations for servicing and training when required
