Job Purpose

This role shall report to the Manager, IT Procurement and is a key member of the IT Procurement and Contract Management team that is committed to deliver excellent service, value and expertise to our internal partners and stakeholders through a managed process for IT Procurement. The successful candidate will be offered a one (1) year contract.

This role is crucial for IT Procurement team to provide support and guidance to IT globally for vendor selection and evaluation activities for each IT spend and contract review in accordance with the guidelines of the company’s policy and guidelines.

This role shall also support the IT Contract Management team in ensuring that all relevant IT contracts are uploaded in a timely manner onto the Global Contract Repository.

Roles & Responsibilities

IT Procurement

• Support IT team members globally on procurement activities including Request for Quote, Request for Proposal process and contract renewal/extension for all IT categories in a timely, consistent and quality manner in accordance with IT guidelines, company’s policy and guidelines.
• Ensure timely update, accuracy and completeness of electronic procurement approval process and IT Procurement SharePoint site.
• Prepare and support Request for Quote with the requestor including review of RFQ documents.
• Hands-on knowledge of Request for Proposal (RFP) activities and support IT Procurement Manager on the required tasks of each RFP.
• Carry out vendor contract review and negotiation with Finance, Global Risk, Legal, Tax and Treasury.
• Tracks closely on the completion status of each procurement request and contract review.
• Works closely with the IT owners on the procurement audit activities.

Vendor Management

• Support vendor contract review and negotiation.
• Liaise and coordinate vendors in the RFQ and RFP process.

Business Engagement

• Carry out vendor contract review and negotiation with Finance, Global Risk, Legal, Tax and Treasury.
• Where applicable, liaise and work with business users for business-led RFP process.

People

• Collaborate and work closely with IT owners on their procurement requirements and requests.

Qualification

Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations professional to manage core HR functions across Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam. This role is accountable for driving employee engagement and welfare initiatives, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for SG and MY, shaping and maintaining HR policies, and overseeing the performance review and OTI (On-Target Incentive) cycles. The ideal candidate combines strong operational rigor with the ability to think critically about people processes and follow through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Engagement & Welfare (SG/MY/VN)

• Design and roll out engagement programs and welfare initiatives across all three markets, accounting for local cultural and regulatory nuances
• Plan and coordinate engagement activities, town halls, and recognition programs
• Monitor engagement metrics (e.g. eNPS, pulse surveys) and propose action plans based on findings
• Act as a point of contact for employee welfare concerns, escalating and resolving issues appropriately
• Partner with local HR/business stakeholders in MY and VN to ensure consistent engagement standards

2. Payroll Processing (SG & MY)

• End-to-end monthly payroll processing for Singapore and Malaysia entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (CPF, IR8A/IR21, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.)
• Liaise with finance, vendors, and government bodies on payroll-related matters
• Manage payroll queries, reconciliations, and variance checks
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all payroll transactions

3. Policy Setting

• Develop, review, and update HR policies and SOPs in line with employment law and business needs across SG/MY/VN
• Ensure policies are clearly documented, communicated, and consistently applied
• Benchmark policies against market practice and recommend improvements
• Support implementation and change management when new policies are introduced

4. Performance Review & OTI Oversight

• Own the end-to-end performance review cycle — timeline planning, system/template setup, manager communications, and consolidation of results
• Administer the OTI framework, including calculation logic, tracking, and payout coordination
• Partner with department heads to ensure fair, timely, and well-documented performance evaluations
• Maintain performance and incentive records, and generate reports/insights for leadership

Job Summary:

The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for end‑to‑end monitoring and coordination of all regional order fulfillment gates, starting after customer order entry and continuing through delivery. The role maintains full visibility over all open customer orders within the region and as a neutral regional authority, defines and manages operational priorities across the individual fulfillment gates as required to meet delivery commitments.

The Fulfillment Specialist primarily operates through internal interfaces and serves as the central operational link between Sales, Customer Team, Customer Delivery Managers, and the internal departments involved in the order fulfillment process, including Engineering /Industrialization, Purchasing / Sourcing Specialists, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance. Direct interaction with customers or suppliers is not part of the standard scope of this role and remains the responsibility of the Customer Team, Customer Delivery Manager, and Sourcing functions.

The Fulfillment Specialist ensures that all fulfillment gates provide, maintain, and communicate timely, accurate, and complete order status, milestone, and risk information for customer orders executed within the region. The role retains full ownership for operational prioritization and gate control within the region and is solely accountable for regional execution performance and delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end operational responsibility for regional customer orders after order entry
• Monitoring and coordination of the internal gates in the overall order fulfillment process
• Coordination of regional sourcing, purchasing, logistics, quality and warehouse activities including identification and escalation of delivery risks, delays and bottlenecks
• Responsible for setting priorities in the different gates of the regional order fulfillment process as well as requesting corrective measures if necessary to ensure on-time customer delivery dates
• Coordination of orders with cross-location order Fulfillment units
• Monitoring and maintenance of order-relevant dates and data in ERP systems (SAP,EPICOR)
• Ownership of customer On-Time Delivery (together with gate-responsible functions)
• Close coordination and collaboration with Customer Team and/or Delivery Leaders to ensure complete, accurate and descriptive delivery status information including clear reasons for delays and expected delivery dates
• Coordination and follow-up of the tasks defined in MRB/ DMR meeting with the affected departments and stakeholders
• Internal interface and contact for delivery, shipping and invoicing readiness topics and questions
• Responsible for providing order status information to internal Stakeholders
• Forecasting and monitoring of Turnover including escalation management

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Diploma in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Order Fulfilment, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Operations, Planning or Project Management
• Solid understanding of end-to-end order fulfilment and order-to-cash processes including Experience in monitoring and coordinating of internal process gates within order fulfilment
• Strong accountability with owning outcomes with a focus on delivery the best experience for our customers
• Ability to coordinate orders across multiple locations and sourcing units
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillset
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience & Requirements:

• Minium 2 years’ experience in Travel or Hospitality industry preferred

• Work under pressure and multi-tasks while maintaining professional rapport with clients
