About the Role

A Senior Performance Analysis Engineer will serve as a technical domain owner while delivering capabilities in support of maintaining a high level of system quality and vehicle behavior for our autonomous driving technology. As the designated Point-of-Contact for SWIFT technical teams, you will review and guide SWIFT Alliance implementation planning whilst coordinating with MAS internal teams to ensure resource availability.

As part of the team, you will handle:

• SWIFT Solution Design:

• Evaluate SWIFT technology options review and validate SWIFT product architectures to ensure alignment with MAS technology standards and security requirements product that support current and future business requirements

• Create technical designs for SWIFT message flows, system integrations, and connectivity patterns between SWIFT Product with MEPS+ and MAS back-office platforms and applications

• Technical Implementation & Operations:

• Identify and coordinate with business process owners and third-party SWIFT teams to oversee business process modelling.

• Implement, configure, upgrade, enhance and optimise SWIFT Alliance Product, and related infrastructure components for maximum efficiency (e.g. routing rules, access control).

• Provide subject matter expertise as required should contentions arise on the technical requirements during the design phase between the third party and MAS and provide necessary arbitration to achieve a common goal

• Manage daily operational tasks including exception handling, and system health checks (e.g monitoring message flow, system performance metrics, vulnerability management)

• Troubleshoot complex SWIFT connectivity issues, message processing errors, and performance bottlenecks to ensure minimal service disruption.

• Implement and maintain SWIFT Customer Security Programme (CSP) requirements and all mandatory security controls.

• Procurement & Vendor Management:

•  Lead procurement initiatives for SWIFT solutions, including preparation of comprehensive technical specifications, and evaluation of vendor proposals

• Oversee vendor performance management and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements

[What we are looking for]

Experience and Technical skill set required:

• Good Degree with at least 5 years' relevant experience in  financial services, with demonstrated experience in both hands-on SWIFT implementation .

• Extensive experience with back-office business operations or back-office system integration knowledge

• Strong understanding of SWIFT-IBM MQ integration

• Strong technical background, with good understanding of SWIFT’s products, services and applications, including SWIFT PKI, SWIFT Alliance Gateway, SWIFT Alliance Access, SWIFT WebAccess, SWIFTNet, FIN/MX ISO20022 messaging formats

• Good understanding of SWIFT’s Customer Security Program (CSP) and the proposed controls by SWIFT

• Experience in designing SWIFT technical solutions, integration patterns, and system connectivity architectures

• Strong understanding of API design, messaging patterns, and system integration methodologies

• Familiar with IT Infrastructure Technology Stack in a medium to large-scale implementation

Experience and Technical Skillset which would be an advantage:

• Understanding of financial instruments, payment and security settlement flow

• Proven experience in vendor management and procurement processes, including technical specification development

• Proven experience in process re-engineering and automation

Soft Skills:

Purpose of the Job

• To perform technical maintenance and optimization of advanced packaging equipment (Bump, RDL, CoW, MEOL) to ensure high-precision processing, maximize tool uptime, and support stable mass production.

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Execute scheduled PM and emergency repairs (BM) on diverse toolsets including PVD (Sputter), ECD (Plating), Lithography (Stepper), and TCB/Hybrid Bonders.
• Calibrate high-precision sensors and actuators to maintain critical process parameters (e.g., bonding force, temperature uniformity, and alignment accuracy).
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical failures using schematics, diagnostic software, and measurement tools.
• Track the consumption of critical components and suggest improvements for part lifetime extension.
• Maintain detailed logs of equipment history, repair procedures, and safety checklists.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of the Wafer Level Packaging (WLP) process flow and equipment hardware architecture.
• Ability to read/interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics. Proficiency in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and precision gauges.
• Comfort working in a cleanroom environment and flexibility for shift rotations.

• Manage Supervision Team including planning roster shift duties based on Contractor’s work schedules and oversee leave arrangements.
• Provide supervision services for all C&S and M&E works to ensure that contractors comply with contract/authorities'/agencies' requirements.
• Work with the QP(D) / QP(S) to resolve all design and technical issues arising from the construction of Temporary Works and Permanent Works.
• Review and comment on Contractors’ proposals, method statements and designs.
• Lead the REs and RTOs to check all drawings (including shop drawings, construction drawings) and specifications for discrepancies and to report to the QP(S), Contractors or the OIC.
• Overview of the quality system implementation, materials approval and compliance testing procedures
• Monitor project progress, coordinate with scheduler and propose measures to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor and report to the OIC and Contractors on quality, workmanship, WSH and aerodrome safety, security, housekeeping and stakeholder relationship issues of main contractors, sub-contractors and direct contractors/ suppliers at site.
• Carry out inspections and assist Client in taking over of completed works
• Coordinate and compile the As-Built information for record purposes in a timely manner
• Monitor the quality and progress of rectification works during the Defect Liability period of the Works.
• Ensure the efficiency of duty roster to manage the costs incurred by the team.

Requirements (C&S):

• Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, of which at least 8 years in major construction works in building works, deep excavation, drainage, pipe jacking, ground improvement, flexible/rigid aircraft pavement, supervising & installation of monitoring instruments and collating of monitoring data.
• Possess a C&S Engineering Degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
• Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration and submission of progress report.
• Proficient in contract administration with Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC).
