The Team

We surface customer insights through research and data analytics, and drive marketing planning and performance across the region. Team members are based in Melbourne, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur. This role sits within the Market Data & Customer Analytics focus area, supporting markets across APAC.

The Role

Part of SEEK's recognised analytics function (2023 Centre of Business Analytics semi-finalist), this role delivers customer-focused analytics and contributes to key strategic initiatives. We're looking for a structured thinker with solid experience in customer analytics and marketing channels who can turn insight into action across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Insight generation — Analyse data to uncover actionable insights on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer behaviour.
• Data pipelines — Build and maintain data models, ETL pipelines, and semantic layers to support reporting and self-service analytics.
