Charity Partner Engagement & Account Management

• Serve as the account manager for a portfolio of charity partners across different segments (e.g. Key, Growth, Potential, and Emerging) and conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with relevant partners

• Report directly to management and collaborate with other senior stakeholders, the investment and support teams, business partners, and product/service teams to ensure the delivery of business strategy.
• Understand clients and their associates’ backgrounds, and drive the Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence as a first line of defence to meet related compliance and internal requirements.

Key Requirements

• 8 years’ experience in relationship management within private banking, wealth management and/or advisory roles holding established relationships with UHNW/HNW clients.
• Solid track record in asset development, asset growth, asset management and revenue generation.
• Able to develop and execute a strategic business plan with a clear growth vision.
• Extensive market connections and deep understanding of the market landscape, macroeconomy, regulatory environment and cultural nuances of the respective Asian market(s)
• Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accountancy, and/or in any field or equivalent
• CMFAS certifications in RES5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
• Manage client relationships, focusing on loans including Commercial Property, Equipment and Machinery, Vehicle, and Land & Construction, as well as Hire Purchase agreements.
• Assess client financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products and solutions.
• Prepare and present loan proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with risk policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as credit analysts, legal advisors, and product specialists to structure complex loan transactions.
• Monitor loan portfolio performance, conduct regular reviews, and manage credit risk effectively.
• Provide timely and accurate financial advice and support to clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting loan products.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Handle any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in relationship management within the financial services industry, with a focus on loans.
• Proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong network in Singapore’s financial market.
• In-depth knowledge of loan products such as Commercial Property, Equipment and Machinery, Vehicle, Land & Construction, and Hire Purchase is an advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
