Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, the Recruiter will support the TA strategies to attract, develop and retain talent. The role will be focused on recruiting best in class talent for the manufacturing facilities in Singapore and collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team.

Main Responsibilities

• Identify and source top talent, responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.

- Providing end to end recruitment process between clients and candidates
- Understanding needs of clients, attracting candidates from various channels including advertisements etc
- Learning the skills of hiring and recruitment of the most suitable candidates for clients.
- Exposure to learn from experienced manager and leaders on the recruitment process.
