主要職責：

• 負責餐廳日常運營，確保服務流程順暢。
• 管理員工排班、培訓和績效。
• 維持高標準的食品品質、衛生、清潔和客戶服務。
• 監控庫存、訂購庫存和成本控制。
• 專業地處理客戶回饋並解決營運問題。
• 與廚房和服務團隊緊密合作，提高效率和顧客滿意度。
• 確保遵守公司政策和食品安全法規。
• 準備營運報告並支援業務成長計劃。
