• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day site operations (Work at Construction Site)
• Plan and organise site work sequence and subcontractor activities

我們正在尋找一位高階通路規劃專家（開放通路），負責設計和優化收入模式、激勵機制和通路策略，以推動用戶成長和提升市場競爭力。該職位將領導各項具體舉措，管理預算，並與跨職能團隊合作，以實現可持續的業務成果和管道的長期成功。

職責：通路收入模式管理

• 身為團隊負責人，我負責監督開放頻道收入模式的開發、執行和爭議管理，率先開展工作，尋找有效的驅動因素來獲取馬來西亞用戶並建立穩固的後付費用戶基礎。我致力於推動變革管理，確保頻道未來發展的長期永續性，並根據公司關鍵績效指標，推動面向未來的基礎設施建設。
• 設計和驗證組件、業務規則和獎勵結構，以確保擁有穩固高效的經銷商基礎，從而實現馬來西亞預付費和後付費用戶的獲取，確保市場競爭力，並定期審查付款情況，以確保可持續的營運成本和投資。
• 支持為通路建立符合公司/CEO優先事項的正確格局，努力實現高效的觸點成長和最佳產品組合（主要由預付費驅動，也將包括後付費、光纖和/或整合），同時實現可持續的營運成本，從而共同推動通路向前發展。

通路激勵管理

• 團隊負責人，負責監督公司預付費基礎激勵計畫的開發和維護，確保市場競爭力並推動通路發展。
• 及時審查和製定針對新推出或改進的預付費產品的激勵措施，透過定期審查激勵支付情況，確保可持續的營運成本和投資，從而確保市場競爭力。
• 與負責後付費基礎激勵措施的利害關係人定期溝通，確保開放頻道的競爭力和相關性。

戰役/戰術規劃、監控與執行

• 負責以協調、有條不紊、精心策劃的方式，全面交付分配的戰術/活動和項目，包括但不限於預算、計劃、流程、交付成果、宣傳材料和溝通，以及與公司內多個利益相關者的所有必要協調和互動，包括但不限於行銷、產品、銷售、分銷、經銷商管理、營運、績效管理、法律、系統和 IT、企業溝通和財務系統。
• 主動承擔責任，定期監控通路整體績效，追蹤通路計畫的進度以及實際績效與公司目標的比較。
• 能夠透過數據/報告處理進行批判性評估，以發現差距，發起和規劃必要的干預措施提案，以實現公司目標和指標。
• 負責指定通路計畫的預算/廣告和促銷/支出管理及事後評估，以審查投資報酬率。
• 定期檢查和平衡各項舉措，並偶爾進行實地審核，以確保執行和營運的卓越性。

利害關係人管理與自我領導

• 能夠根據需要獨立管理相關的高階或營運利害關係人。
• 能夠獨立工作或與團隊成員合作，制定方案或資料集。
• 主導/組織與內部或外部利害關係人的演示或論壇討論，以獲得批准或指導。
• 負責向區域和銷售團隊報告指定通路計畫。

要求

• 商業相關領域（例如經濟學、行銷、會計、商業、金融）或同等專業的學士學位。
• 8-12年相關工作經驗。
• 在實現具有挑戰性的業務目標方面，擁有持續取得優異業績的良好記錄。
• 無論是作為個人貢獻者、團隊成員、團隊領導者，或是透過具影響力的領導方式，都展現出責任感和主人翁精神。
• 具備較強的協作能力，能夠有效地與部門內部以及跨部門團隊進行協作。
