• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and consistency. Manage non-conformance, CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions), and root cause analysis

3. Audits & Compliance

• Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits. Lead customer and regulatory audits. Ensure audit findings are addressed with effective corrective actions

4. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop QA/QC team members. Manage team performance, training, and succession planning. Build a strong quality culture across the organization

5. Supplier Quality Management

• Evaluate and approve suppliers and contractors. Monitor supplier/sub-contractor performance and conduct supplier audits. Ensure incoming materials/parts meet quality standards

6. Continuous Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze quality data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities. Reduce defects, waste, and cost of poor quality

7. Customer Quality & Complaints

• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions. Maintain customer satisfaction and product reliability

8. Reporting & Metrics

• Track and report quality KPIs (defect rate, yield, customer complaints). Present quality performance to senior management. Use data-driven decision making

9. Risk Management

• Identify quality risks in processes and products. Implement preventive measures and mitigation strategies. Ensure product safety and compliance

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related field.
• 5–10+ years in quality assurance within manufacturing
• Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Experience with QMS, audits, and regulatory compliance
• Strong background in production/process quality
