• Develop and create 2D and 3D piping layouts, plans, isometrics, ensure that piping designs are optimized for efficiency, ease of maintenance, and compliance with project and industry standards

What you will do:

The Senior Application Engineer is responsible for technical support – primarily customer quotations and business development case studies for various composite applications. • Assist in managing compliance-related tasks to ensure regulatory adherence. 

• Collaborate in troubleshooting and resolving system issues to minimise downtime. 

• Support day-to-day service and change requests, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. 

• Manage IT equipment inventory, including tracking, condemnation, and disposal processes. 

• Coordinate with vendors and clients to facilitate deployments, system refreshes, and other technical initiatives.  

Qualifications 

• At least Degree in Computer science / IT / Engineering or equivalent 

• Good technical skills in engineering, computer, and IT systems, and preferably in communications technologies as well 

• Good working knowledge of Life Cycle Management and Systems Engineering in Windows server platform not limited to Microsoft System Centre suite of products. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Server Operating System, Nutanix Acropolis Hypervisor, Ubuntu, Redhat, ⁠Citrix Virtual Desktop, BeyondTrust PIM/PAM, RSA Security Appliance, Splunk, Solarwinds, Tenable VMS, Veeam Backup, Ansible Automation Platform, Tenable VMS etc. 

• At least 1-3 years’ experience in Information Technology industry in the areas of Microsoft, Nutanix or Citrix system implementation, project management and O&S. 

• Good communication and writing skills 

• Shall have experience in performing project management, handle technical challenges and in liaising with the user and vendor to define business requirements and deliver technical solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and test electronic hardware systems and subsystems
• Perform analog and digital circuit design, verification and troubleshooting
