Responsibilities

• Work closely with Program Managers, Manufacturing teams (Process Integration), Customer engineers, Benchmarking teams to identify and understand the key technological features that need to be controlled and secured by Design Rules.

• Create layout Designs of Experiment (DoE) and design Test Structures that will be delivered on Test vehicles.

• Perform rigorous Silicon data analysis and efficiently communicate the conclusions to Design Rule engineers, as well as Integration teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Procurement Management

• Manage end-to-end procurement process from PR to PO in SAP B1.

• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery performance.

• Ensure timely issuance of POs and follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery.

• Coordinate import shipments, documentation, and logistics arrangements.

• Handle supplier issues including delays, shortages, and discrepancies.

Production Planning & Material Readiness

• Translate production schedules and BOM requirements into material demand.

• Ensure materials are available before production execution.

• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and QA on material readiness.

• Identify and escalate risks affecting production timelines.

Inventory & Data Management

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy.

• Support stock control, traceability, and discrepancy resolution.

• Maintain accurate supplier, BOM, and material master data.

Process Improvement & Digitalisation

• Improve procurement and planning processes to reduce manual work and errors.

• Leverage AI and data tools to improve forecasting, reporting, and decision-making.

• Support continuous improvement and system optimisation initiatives.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company procurement procedures.

• Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation.

• Prepare basic procurement and material availability reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, planning, or supply chain roles.

• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred).

• Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills.

• Experience with chemicals or process manufacturing industry.

• Exposure to AI tools, automation, or data analytics.

• Experience improving processes or implementing system improvements.

• Strong ownership of procurement and material availability outcomes.

• Detail-oriented with strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and dispositions on non-conformance products in accordance to requirements
• Perform inspection and verification (visually or using measuring tools) on product on hold due to quality issues
• Work closely with supervisor & team to monitor project status and closures
• Communicate with customers on the status of quality projects assigned to his/her area of responsibility
• Prepare regular reports and meet submission deadlines (weekly & monthly)
• Actively participate in team projects analysis

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics or Engineering or related field with relevant experience in electronics / semiconductor / or other manufacturing industry
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team player with good written / verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of urgency with ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Knowledge in basic manufacturing solving problem tools (8D, FMEA) and statistical tools (SPC) is an advantage
• Highly motivated to learn new skills, systems & analytical tools used in manufacturing operations
