Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resource, or related field.

• Good understanding of finance operations, HR administration, and office management.
• Familiar with Malaysian statutory and employment regulations.

主要職責

1. 生產計劃與調度

制定和管理半導體清洗設備組裝專案的主生產計畫。

根據專案優先順序和客戶交付要求，協調人力分配和生產負荷。

監控每日生產進度，並調整生產計劃，以最大限度地減少延誤和瓶頸。

發布和控制生產工單和裝配計劃。

2. 物料控制與庫存管理

與採購和倉庫團隊協調，確保物料及時到位。

監控材料短缺、交貨延遲、庫存過剩和供應風險。

管理物料配套計畫和組裝作業的物料準備。

提高庫存準確性，支援庫存控制活動。

3. 專案協調與客戶溝通

與專案經理和工程團隊緊密合作，使生產計劃與客戶里程碑保持一致。

與日本客戶和日本總部協調生產計劃和交付計劃。

支援根據日本方面的規格變更、優先變更或緊急交貨要求調整生產。

定期參加與日本總部和客戶的會議，報告生產狀況、風險和恢復措施。

4. 生產監控與KPI管理

監測和分析關鍵生產指標，包括：

準時交貨率 (OTD)

遵守日程安排

生產效率

組裝週期

庫存週轉率

材料短缺事件

其他職責包括：

為管理層準備每周和每月的生產報告。

識別生產問題並實施糾正措施。

5. 持續改進

領導生產計畫和物料流管理的持續改善活動。

建立並維護生產控制流程的標準作業規程。

推廣精實生產、5S和營運效率提升活動。

6. 跨職能協調

作為生產、採購、工程、品質保證/品質控制、倉庫和物流團隊之間的協調窗口。

將關鍵生產風險上報管理階層，並提出因應措施。

必要時協助客戶審計和內部營運審查。

7. 團隊管理

領導和監督生產控制人員和計劃人員。

提供有關排班、計劃系統和報告標準的培訓和指導。

制定部門目標並評估團隊績效。

• 至少5年生產計畫、生產控製或製造營運方面的經驗。
• 有半導體設備、精密機械、自動化設備或專案組裝製造經驗者優先。
• 具有在製造業環境中使用ERP/MRP系統的經驗。
• 具備紮實的生產計畫、物料計畫和庫存控制知識。
• 能夠讀懂機械圖和加工圖。
• 了解物料清單管理和工程變更控制。
• 熟悉精益生產和持續改善方法。
• 精通微軟Excel和ERP系統。
