We are looking for an Assistant Director, Fundraising & Partnerships to lead a major fundraising and partnerships workstream end-to-end. This role is for someone who can think strategically, write persuasively, build trusted relationships, and keep momentum moving without creating chaos. You will work closely with the CEO, sub-committees and internal teams to grow sustainable income, deepen corporate and community partnerships, and strengthen supporter stewardship in a way that is ethical, disciplined and deeply human.

What you will do

1) Lead fundraising and partnerships growth

• Develop and drive an integrated fundraising and partnerships strategy aligned with BCF’s mission, annual priorities and long-term sustainability goals.
• Build and manage a diversified pipeline across corporate partnerships, major gifts, individual donors, grants and foundations, campaigns, events and community fundraising.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new opportunities that strengthen income, reach and long-term strategic value.

6) Strengthen governance, systems and reporting

• Ensure fundraising and partnership activities are carried out in line with BCF policies, governance requirements and relevant regulatory obligations.
• Maintain strong donor administration discipline, including accurate donation records, stewardship tracking and timely documentation.
• Monitor fundraising income, pipeline health, donor engagement and partnership outcomes, and provide clear reporting and recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in environmental engineering, sustainability consultancy, or related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or directorial capacity
• Proven track record of business development and stakeholder management in Bangladesh — including familiarity with its regulatory environment, government processes, and private sector dynamics
• Professional proficiency in Bengali (Bangla) is required, as the role involves regular communication with Bangladesh-based clients, government stakeholders, and project partners in their preferred language
• Strong command of written and spoken English for internal reporting and Singapore-based communications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline

Preferred qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in Environmental Management, Sustainability, or Business Administration
• Existing network with Bangladesh government agencies (e.g. Department of Environment, BEZA, BIDA) or international development organisations active in the country
• Prior experience working in or with Singapore-based firms delivering cross-border consultancy projects
• Familiarity with IFC Performance Standards, ISO 14001, or equivalent environmental frameworks

Overview
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for the execution and management of compensation policies and programmes to support the organisation’s overall human resource strategies. You will ensure that all procedures are implemented in accordance with cluster HR and organisational policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, monitor and review compensation and benefits programmes within assigned areas to ensure external competitiveness, internal equity, harmonious employee relations, and cost effectiveness.

• Participate in annual public sector market surveys and analyse both market and internal compensation data to support benchmarking and decision-making.

• Develop and execute communication strategies to effectively convey the organisation’s compensation philosophy, policies, and programmes.

• Oversee the implementation and administration of compensation matters within approved budgets for assigned areas.

• Work closely with the HR Director to anticipate challenges and provide practical and sustainable compensation solutions to support talent attraction and retention.

• Review, recommend and implement compensation policies and procedures aligned with organisational values, strategies, and cluster HR guidelines.

• Assess and propose updates to compensation policies to ensure continued relevance and market competitiveness.

• Drive process improvements and innovation in compensation-related workflows, including identifying opportunities for system enhancements and automation to improve operational efficiency.

• Partner with the HR Director to lead, coach and guide HR team members, fostering a high-performing team and promoting staff engagement.

• Support additional HR initiatives, projects, or duties as assigned by the HR Director.

The Role

Provide nursing leadership under the general direction of the Director of Nursing or Deputy Director of Nursing, in the effective delivery of optimal clinical care. Apply nursing strategies and lead operational implementation of those strategies. Key Accountabilities

• Effectively communicate the company vision, mission and values to the nurse population

• Assess competency mix across organization out of hours and facilitate any allocation changes requested by Nurse Managers

Qualifications & Experience

• Masters in Healthcare Management or equivalent and recognised by the Singapore Nursing Board

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board is preferred

• At least 6 years continuous experience in senior management / leadership position in healthcare setting
