About The Role

The Administrative & Programme Executive will provide support for the successful delivery of the creative arts therapy programme to enhance mental well-being of the vulnerable community. Requirements

• Professional certificate or higher in the Arts, Theatre, Music, Dance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Artistic Director or in a senior creative leadership role within the performing arts or entertainment industry.
• A portfolio that demonstrates a strong creative vision, successful project management, and a record of high-quality artistic productions.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse creative team.
• Prior experience dealing with international artiste is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, artistic practices, and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple creative projects simultaneously.
