About the Role

Reporting to the Team Lead, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting strategic engagements with key stakeholders with the aim of building connectivity, supporting enterprises’ internationalisation efforts and capture global opportunities for Singapore as an IP Hub, aligned to the Singapore IP Strategy 2030.

You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships and marketing capabilities, and driving adoption of a suite of services offered by the IPOS Group.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders—including businesses, government agencies, law firms, and trade associations—in targeted international markets.
• Establish and grow strategic partnerships that create long-term value and unlock new opportunities for the IPOS Group.
• Conduct market intelligence and analysis to inform strategic positioning, outreach efforts, and business development priorities.
• Support the design and execution of marketing strategies tailored to diverse audiences across regions and sectors.

Responsibilities

1. Account & Stakeholder Leadership

• Serve as senior interface to customers and internal executives.

• Chair or co‑chair steering and programme governance forums, ensuring clear decisions, explicit ownership, controlled escalation

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant project / programme delivery experience, with at least 5 years in a Project Director / Programme Lead or equivalent senior role. PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

It focuses on niche opportunities in various property sectors, specially commercial conservation shophouses, with a strong track record managing over 50 assets and preparing to launch Fund II targeting global institutional investors.

Job Summary

This role is ideal for candidates from real estate private equity, fund accounting, or investment management backgrounds who want to step into a broader, more strategic platform role with carry and long-term progression.

Responsibilities:

• Investor Management: Meet with cross border potential investors to solicit investments into fund and manage investor relations.
• Market Research: Update and maintain investment database.
• Asset Management: Provide assistance in the business plan execution including leasing, refurbishment and enhancement, as well as disposition.
• Acquisition: Evaluate and execute potential new real estate investment opportunities.
• Financial Analysis: Perform various financial analyses for both potential investment opportunities and for assets currently within the company’s portfolio.
