• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and the ability to start in 2026
• Up to 4 years of work experience
• Demonstrated interest or experience in the financial markets and the aspiration to work in the financial services industry
• Experience delivering exceptional support and building positive relationships with clients or stakeholders, where responsibilities includes resolving inquiries, addressing needs, or providing solutions.
• Demonstrable drive and foundational experience in sales or business development, evidenced by achievements in influencing outcomes, exceeding targets, or participating in revenue-generating activities during prior work, internships, or relevant academic/extracurricular initiatives.
• Ability to multitask and resolve client inquiries while also proactively identifying sustainable workflow solutions for our clients
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• The desire to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic training and client facing environment
• The ability to demonstrate resilience and agility in a fast-paced environment
• A commitment to achieve the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness
• Business proficiency and fluency in English and Japanese (both written and verbal) to manage the respective clients
• The ability to occasionally work weekends or on a bank/public/federal holiday (weekday off in lieu)

We’d love to see:

• Previous experience engaging with clients in a relationship management capacity
• Interest in innovative and emerging technologies or an interest in how technology can enhance workflows and efficiencies
• Beginner to intermediate experience with excel and/or VBA
