Position Overview

As a Project Procurement Manager, you will oversee and manage all procurement activities during

【仕事内容】
PSは、コンサルティング案件の提案と遂行、提供サービスの拡充、セールスやマーケティングチームと協力してプロモーションの仕組みや施策の立案と実行を行います。

例えば、自社で運営する輸送サービスの車両にトラッカーを取り付け、位置情報や燃費などを管理することで運用効率を最大化したい、というお客様のプロジェクトがあります。こうした案件では、まず営業やソリューションアーキテクトとともに要件を整理し、その後のPoCやプロトタイピングをPSが担います。整理した情報に基づき、GPSトラッカーデバイスの調達・設定や、必要に応じて開発ボードを用いた試作を行います。あわせて、クラウド側ではAmazon Kinesis Streams、AWS Lambda、Amazon DynamoDBなどを活用した設計を行い、GPSデータの蓄積や可視化アプリケーションの実装をお客様とともに進めます。

雇用形態　正社員

勤務時間　平日5:00-22:00のうち実働8時間 （休憩1時間）、フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし）

給与・昇給　年俸制、昇給　年1回

Job Description:

• Source new vendors to enhance supply chain capabilities and vendor diversity
• Conduct vendor qualification audits and collaborate with the Quality department to select reliable suppliers
• Confirm parts specifications during sourcing and new parts selection to ensure compliance with requirements
• Perform cost analysis on main and alternative parts to develop optimal procurement strategies
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency and support cost reduction initiatives
• Request and evaluate quotations (RFQs) for new parts based on the Bill of Materials (BOM) list
• Execute other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support procurement and supply chain functions

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain or preferably in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic & Mechanical)
• At least 2 years of experience in the MNC manufacturing industry
• Experience managing global suppliers and overseas parts is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel and data analysis
• Understanding of MRP systems and experience with Oracle is a plus
• Willingness to perform overtime
