The person will be part of the Volunteer and Community Engagement team in Care Corner, supporting the delivery of the Appropriate Adult Scheme for Young Suspects (AAYS) Programme and organisation-wide volunteer programmes. • You must have a minimum 6–7 years of proven experience in advertising/media sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead capacity.
• You must have a strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team.
• You must have an excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of media platforms (print, digital, social) and how to craft integrated advertising solutions.
• Highly driven, strategic, and results-oriented with strong business acumen.
• You must a comfortable working in a target-driven environment and managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and digital campaign performance metrics is preferred.
• You must have a track record of building and maintaining a strong client portfolio.
