Key Responsibilities:
1.    Financial Reporting & Record Management
·      Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
·      Analyze financial data and highlight key trends or discrepancies
·      Submit financial reports to the Director for review
·      Consolidate year-end financial statements for salary adjustments and bonus reviews
·      Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
·      Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices, receipts, and tax records
·      Identify, investigate, and resolve any accounting discrepancies
2.    Statutory Compliance & Reporting
·      Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
·      Prepare and submit statutory filings (e.g, GST, IR8A) accurately and on time
·      Maintain proper documentation for audit and regulatory purposes
3.    Payroll & Employee-Related Administration
·      Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
·      Track and maintain employees’ leave records
·      Compute salary payments in lieu for employees going on home leave, marriage leave etc
·      Support year-end payroll reporting and tax submissions
4.    General Finance Administration
·      Assist in improving financial processes and internal controls
·      Support audits and provide required financial documentation
·      Perform any other ad hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned
5.    Requirement
·      Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field
·      Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
·      Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and statutory requirements
·      Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
·      Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
·      Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
·      Experience with Info-Tech software will be an advantage
