We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to provide better stability and operational excellence for Mobility team in Grab. We believe you have professional sysops/infrastructure knowledge and the ability to build comprehensive systems, but if you believe you have what it takes then we'd love to hear from you either way. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Provide automated solutions for manual tasks and challenges we're facing.

1. Programme Implementation and Management

Key Responsibilities

1.  Full Set of Accounts (2 – 3 Entities)

•     Maintain the complete general ledger for assigned entities, including journals, accruals, and month-end closing entries.

•     Prepare and review balance sheet schedules and supporting schedules on a monthly basis.

3.  Invoice Billing

•     Issue customer invoices accurately and promptly upon confirmation of billing triggers (course completion, service delivery, milestones).

•     Monitor the AR ageing report and follow up on outstanding receivables in accordance with the collections policy.

•     Process credit notes and adjustments with appropriate supporting documentation and approvals.

•     Reconcile customer statements and resolve billing disputes in a timely manner.

•     Ensure proper GST treatment is applied on all invoices issued, including correct tax codes in NetSuite.

4.  Petty Cash Management

•     Administer petty cash floats for assigned entities, including disbursements and replenishments.

•     Verify petty cash claims for completeness, authenticity, and compliance with the expense policy prior to approval by the Finance Manager.

•     Conduct regular petty cash counts and reconcile physical cash against the petty cash log.

•     Record all petty cash transactions in NetSuite and ensure expenses are coded to the correct cost centres and accounts.

5.  Reporting & Ad-hoc Support

•     Support the Finance Manager in preparation of schedules for audit, tax computation, and statutory reporting.

•     Assist with any process improvement initiatives related to AR, billing, and cash management workflows.

•     Perform any other finance-related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager or CFO.

Qualifications & Experience

•     Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

•     Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in a full-set accounting role.

Operational Core Responsibilities

• Provide direct 3rd line end user support for escalated PC and mobile device issues and needs.
• Work with vendors as needed to resolve application or end user issues.
• Identify improvements in existing functionality and recommend enhancements.
• Manage and deliver project activities as part of the overall roadmap.
• Be able to investigate issues under tight time constraints and be able prioritize work accordingly.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Write and maintain appropriate documentation

• The availability of the Microsoft Endpoint manager services to the business.
• Delivering project goals to the required standard and on time.
• Resolving personally assigned incident tickets promptly to the expected standard.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for product development and high volume SSD manufacturing is desired.
• Perform manufacturing yield evaluation and data analysis for yield improvement.
• Responsible for prepare, validate and release test package to Agile system.
• Responsible for Failure Analysis of products to meet yield goals and quality targets.
• Interfaces with core team (FW/HW) as well as internal team to solve problems.
• Ability to work with various departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan.
• Participate & contribute in tester/infrastructure and process improvements.
• Ability to read the electrical schematic diagram is an advantage.
• Work closely with departments within the company to ensure product able to meet the delivery timeline.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. 
• Ability to provide guidance to teammate.
