While the title is “Manager,” this is fundamentally an analyst-driven role. Role Overview

We are hiring a senior AI Strategist to support thetransformation of Operations and Customer Service functions,

including Client Support, KYC/onboarding, payments, RiskOperations, and Back Office processes

The role focuses on identifying high-impact opportunitieswhere AI can improve service quality, response efficiency, client satisfaction,and operation scalability. The successful candidate will work closely internalAI teams and external vendors to deliver practical, scalable solutions thatenhance both client experience and internal efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive AI initiatives across Operations &Customer Service, aligned with business and service excellence goals

• Identify and prioritize use cases across:
• Client support automation and resolution efficiency
• KYC, onboarding, and verification process
• Payment operations and transaction monitoring
• Complaint handling and service recovery
• Internal workflow automation and productivity

Translate business needs into structured execution plans,including:

• Use case definition
• Solution design (in collaboration with AI team)
• Vendor evaluation and selection
• Implementation roadmap

Work as a subject matter expert, taking full ownership ofexecution and delivery with minimal supervision

Work closely with internal stakeholders including AI, data,compliance, risk, product, and engineering teams

Manage external AI vendors and service provider, includingperformance tracking and delivery quality

Oversee full lifecycle delivery from concept throughdeployment and continuous optimization

Drive adoption of AI tools and workflows with customerservice and Operations teams

Establish frameworks for knowledge management, processstandardization, and service automation

Required Experience

3-5 years of hands-on experience in AI development,

Background in one or more of the following

• Customer Service / Client Support
• Operations / Back Office
• KYC / Onboarding / Compliance Operations
• Payments / Transaction Operations

Demonstrated experience in: Service quality improvement /Process optimization and operational efficiency

Strong understanding of:

• Client service workflows in brokerage environments
• Operational risks, compliance requirement and client life cycle processes
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve service delivery, automation, or operational workflows
• Ability to work across business and technical teams and drove implementation through to completion

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients through multiple channels and grow revenue for our commercial system software and workforce solutions.
• Lead client discovery sessions to understand business needs, operational challenges, and workforce requirements.
• Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition through proposals, presentations, product demos, and negotiations.
• Manage and respond to tenders, RFQs, and RFPs, providing commercial and technical input throughout the bid process.
• Monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and solution offerings.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, forecasts, and market insights.
• Gather and document technical and business requirements, working closely with theproduct and development teams to design cost-effective solutions.
• Drive the design and execution of Proof-of-Concept (POC) demonstrations to showcase solution value.
• Provide input on solution architecture, implementation approach, and best practices.
• Plan and execute system testing and UAT to obtain customer sign-off on technical requirements.
• Provide user experience and business insights to guide ongoing productenhancements.
• Guide new clients and platform members through registration, system onboarding, job requirements, payment processes, and benefits administration.
• Conduct interviews and assessments of prospective applicants, covering job responsibilities, grooming standards, salary, and benefits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
• Act as a key point of contact post-sales to support implementation, operational issues, and service optimisation.
• Mentor and guide junior sales, business development, or operations staff where applicable.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Proven experience in software sales, preferably in IT solutions, SaaS, or workforce management systems.
• Strong product management experience or background, with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
• Excellent understanding of casual labour management systems or HR/workforce software is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
