We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Cluster Principal / Operations Manager to oversee the operational, regulatory, and pedagogical standards across multiple preschool centres. The ideal candidate is well‑versed in ECDA licensing requirements, strong in people leadership, and able to ensure consistent quality across centres.

This role requires a balance of strategic oversight, ground operations management, and the ability to guide Centre Leaders toward excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Cluster Leadership

• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to Centre Leaders across assigned centres.
• Ensure consistent implementation of organisational policies, curriculum standards, and operational processes.
• Conduct regular centre visits to monitor quality, staffing, and compliance.

ECDA Compliance & Licensing

• Oversee centres’ adherence to ECDA regulations, licensing standards, and audit requirements.
• Support centres in preparing for licence renewals, SPARK‑related processes, and regulatory submissions.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and child‑protection standards are consistently met.

Operational Excellence

• Drive operational efficiency across centres, including staffing, enrolment, parent communication, and resource planning.
• Review centre performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
• Manage incident reporting, follow‑up actions, and risk mitigation.

People & Talent Management

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of educators and centre staff.
• Identify training needs and support professional development pathways.
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture across centres.

Parent & Stakeholder Engagement

• Guide Centre Leaders in managing parent relationships and communication.
• Address escalated concerns professionally and promptly.
• Represent the organisation in external engagements when required.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• ECDA‑recognised L2 certification is an advantage (for candidates with EC background).

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in preschool / childcare operations.
• Strong understanding of ECDA licensing, regulatory frameworks, and centre operations.
• Proven experience managing multiple centres or large teams.

• Responsible for day-to-day operations, training and management of teams to achieve targeted Service Levels
• Conducts regular transaction monitoring and liaise with the Quality team to review calls for the purposes of quality assurance, coaching and training
• Ensure that follow-up actions are in place to address any gaps in staff competency and weaknesses
• In charge of delegating workflow to Team Leaders and ensure operational needs are forecasted and addressed adequately
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly Operational Health reports to Head of Operations
• To do planning, forecasting, implementing and monitoring of assigned campaigns
• Ensures all standards and procedures are followed and maintained
• Liaise with clients whenever necessary to align campaign-related issues
• Collate and send monthly campaign performance reports to clients and Agape management
• Collate and present relevant weekly operational health data to Head of Operations and provide suggestions to address operational gaps as well as forecasted load.
• Responsible for approving annual leaves of respective CSOs and Team Leaders
• Prepare and conduct daily huddles to cascade timely information to all CSOs
• Attend ad-hoc Train the Trainer sessions whenever new campaigns are onboarded and must be able to transfer relevant information to CSOs via product training sessions
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min. Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in people management, customer relationship management and project management.
• Ability to effectively communicate and engage with senior leadership, peers, staff, customers and other stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of Contact Centre Management tools and technology.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Area Manager to lead cleaning and security service operations across multiple sites in Singapore, ensuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, efficient manpower deployment, and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee operational performance of multiple cleaning and security service contracts to meet contractual KPIs and client expectations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and performance reviews to monitor service quality.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on audit findings and client feedback.
• Manage incident reporting, lead investigations, and coordinate corrective actions to resolve operational issues.

Manpower Management

• Plan and coordinate workforce deployment to maintain adequate staffing levels across sites.
• Supervise Operations Executives, Site Supervisors, Team Leaders, Security Officers, and Cleaning Personnel to ensure productivity and discipline.
• Manage employee attendance, conduct coaching, training, and performance evaluations to enhance team effectiveness.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for operational personnel.

Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Address client concerns promptly and resolve operational issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular client meetings and service reviews to support contract renewals and identify service enhancement opportunities.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations including Employment Act, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements, Progressive Wage Model (PWM), Security Industry Regulations, and Environmental Public Health requirements.
• Enforce adherence to company SOPs, quality standards, and workplace safety policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and operational records to support compliance and audits.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare operational, manpower, incident, and client update reports to inform stakeholders.
• Monitor operational budgets and resource utilization for cost-effective service delivery.
• Coordinate with sales, HR, and finance departments to support overall business operations.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possession of relevant WSQ certifications such as WSQ Higher Certificate in Facilities Management, Environmental Cleaning Supervision or Management, Security Supervision or Management, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), Leadership and People Management, or other related Workforce Skills Qualifications.
