• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and trainers to enhance course content and delivery.
• Provide technical support and training to facilitators to ensure effective delivery of courses.

Technical Knowledge Application:

• Utilize technical skills to develop e-learning content and implement learning management systems (LMS).
• Leverage data analytics to track course effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and SSG funding requirements.
• Experience in preparing and submitting SSG funding applications.
• Proficiency in using e-learning tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and content authoring software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing e-learning content for adult learners.
• Familiarity with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) frameworks and funding guidelines.
