• Professional Engineer (PE) – Singapore registration or working towards (preferred)
• Registered or eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB)
• Familiarity with Singapore codes and authority requirements (e.g., PUB, LTA, BCA)
• Membership with Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or equivalent preferred

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Senior Civil Engineer / Civil & Structural Engineer within consultancy or infrastructure projects
• Strong experience in roads, drainage, and utilities design, particularly for building site developments or industrial/data centre sites
• Related structural engineering experience would be beneficial
• Solid understanding of Singapore authority requirements and submission processes
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary infrastructure design
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Contributes to the development of new analytics tool, software, and approaches, including the design, development, troubleshooting and debugging.

  *   Ongoing maintenance, update and support of the existing programming and analytic tools

  *   Develop, implement and maintain server and database infrastructure, hardware and software to ensure maximum tool uptime and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automation engineering systems and processes to meet safety standards and optimize product performance.
• Define and validate performance and quality criteria through FEED (Front End Engineering Design), installation, commissioning, and testing stages, including IQ, OQ, and PQ validations, ensuring seamless transition to production.
• Collaborate with internal teams to devise technical solutions, design experiments, and establish validation and qualification procedures to ensure compliance with governance, company standards, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and execute testing protocols, analyze test outcomes, update activity logs, and document results for concept approval.
• Oversee adherence to safety and quality regulations, ensuring standards are maintained.
• Calibrate and repair machinery and equipment to support operational reliability.
• Work within cross-functional teams to identify root causes of product failures and drive continuous improvement in automation systems.
• Develop maintenance procedures, checklists, and work instructions for new machines and auxiliary equipment; provide training for operational and maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with both internal and external teams on Process FMEA and machine qualification activities.
• Work with suppliers and internal teams to complete Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) within delivery timelines.
• Apply Lean principles such as 5S, Gemba-walk, 5-why, and implement improvement suggestions for operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with QA and production teams to submit and follow up on qualifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational needs.

Requirements:

• Experience in related roles with Diploma or degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent field.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management.
• Strong understanding of automation engineering system design concept & development, manufacturing processes and safety regulations.
• Knowledge of statistical software analysis (e.g., MINITAB, MATLAB)
• Have knowhow in Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA) and CPK study.

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to work directly with agencies, enabling them to reach their desired development delivery efficiency and system resiliency through optimized Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment(CI/CD) and Site Reliability Engineering(SRE) practices.

Asa forward-deployed engineer, you’ll partner with agencies to solve complex challenges, gather insights, and drive continuous improvement in our product offerings. This role combines deep technical expertise with a commitment to customer enablement and feedback, ensuring that our Core Engineering Products evolve to address the real-world needs of our customers.

As a Senior Data Engineer, youwill be working on:

·      Translate data requirements from business users into technical specifications.

·      Collaborate with partner agency’s IT teams on technology stack, infrastructure and security alignment.

·      Build out data product as part of a data team:

·      Architect and build ingestion pipelines to collect, clean, merge, and harmonize data from different source systems.

·      Day-to-day monitoring of databases and ETL systems, e.g., database capacity planning and maintenance, monitoring, and performance tuning; diagnose issues and deploy measures to prevent recurrence; ensure maximum database uptime;

·      Construct, test, and update useful and reusable data models based on data needs of end users.

·      Design and build secure mechanisms for end users and systems to access data in data warehouse.

·      Collaborate with data stewards to establish and enforce data governance policies, best practices and procedures.

What we are looking for:

·      A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

·      Deep understanding of system design, data structure and algorithms, data modelling, data access, and data storage.

·      Demonstrated ability in using cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

·      Experience with Databricks.

·      Experience in designing, building, and maintaining batch and real-time data pipelines.

·      Experience with orchestration frameworks such as Airflow, Azure Data Factory.

·      Proficiency in working with Python, Shell Scripts, and SQL.

Preferred requirements:

·      Familiarity with building and using CI/CD pipelines.
