Job Description

Responsibilities

Major Fault Support & Review – Respond to Severity 1/2 incidents within 1 hour, log cases to Huawei TAC, lead troubleshooting, and conduct post event fault reviews.
Operational Analysis – Deliver monthly reports covering cloud resource capacity, platform health, alarm analysis, and optimization recommendations.
Risk Check – Perform quarterly in depth health checks (runtime status, capacity, configuration, warnings, version & license management) and provide rectification guidance.
Basic & Advanced Cloud Service Version Upgrade – Lead upgrade solution design, pre upgrade checks, implementation, verification, and rollback for cloud platform and gPaaS/AI DaaS services
Issue & Risk Management – Analyse issue trends, track unresolved escalated issues, and proactively identify and mitigate platform stability risks.
Resource & Capacity Management – Analyse resource usage and provide scaling or reconstruction recommendations.
Change Implementation – Implement configuration changes (including after hours support up to 8 hours/week as needed), obtain customer authorization, and perform rollback if required.
Urgent Recovery & Troubleshooting – Assist TAC in emergency fault recovery, common issue resolution, and rapid service restoration.
Routine PMI & Monitoring – Perform routine product inspections, monitor alarms via ManageOne/eSight, and ensure platform health

Job Requirements:

Bachelor/Master of computer science engineering or related majors, with over 3 years O&M experience, including hands on work with cloud platforms (public/private cloud) or general IT (networks, OS, databases, middleware, basic IT components).
Familiar with HCS deployment, tenant O&M processes (backup management, resource inspection, requirement management, risk management, asset management, expense analysis, monitoring & alarming.
Strong foundational knowledge of datacom principles; familiar with TCP/IP, standard IP networking, and hybrid cloud networking; able to independently resolve basic datacom issues; proficient in physical network technologies and architectures.
Strong capability to identify and demarcate cloud problems, lead problem closure, and drive backend improvements.
Excellent customer service awareness and communication skills; able to work with multinational teams
Attention to detail and strong execution capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience maintaining or optimising large scale data centre network services.
Experience with SDN delivery and maintenance.
Familiarity with chaos engineering, fault drills, stress tests, and architecture optimisation.
Experience in multinational team management (at least 2 years).

基礎及進階雲端服務版本升級 – 主導雲端平台和 gPaaS/AI DaaS 服務的升級方案設計、升級前檢查、實施、驗證和回溯。
問題與風險管理 – 分析問題趨勢，追蹤未解決的升級問題，並主動識別並緩解平台穩定性風險。
資源與能力管理－分析資源使用情況，並提供規模化或重建建議。
變更實施 – 實施配置變更（包括根據需要提供每週最多 8 小時的非工作時間支援），獲得客戶授權，並在需要時執行回溯。
緊急復原和故障排除 – 協助 TAC 進行緊急故障復原、常見問題解決和快速服務復原。
例行產品故障偵測與監控 – 執行例行產品檢查，透過 ManageOne/eSight 監控警報，並確保平台運作狀況良好

職位要求：

電腦科學工程或相關專業的學士/碩士學位，擁有 3 年以上的維運經驗，包括雲端平台（公有雲/私有雲）或一般 IT（網路、作業系統、資料庫、中介軟體、基本 IT 元件）的實際操作經驗。
熟悉 HCS 部署、租戶維運流程（備份管理、資源檢查、需求管理、風險管理、資產管理、費用分析、監控和警報）。
具備紮實的資料通訊原理基礎知識；熟悉 TCP/IP、標準 IP 網路和混合雲網路；能夠獨立解決基本的資料通訊問題；精通實體網路技術和架構。
具備強大的能力，能夠辨識和界定雲端問題，主導問題解決，並推動後端改善。
優秀的客戶服務意識和溝通技巧；能夠與跨國團隊合作
注重細節和強大的執行能力

優先資質：

具備維護或優化大型資料中心網路服務的經驗。
具備SDN部署和維護經驗。
熟悉混沌工程、故障演練、壓力測試和架構最佳化。
具備跨國團隊管理經驗（至少 2 年）。

Job Scope:

1. Counter & Customer Service Operations

Attend to members' and customers' inquiries professionally and courteously.
Handle membership registration, renewal, and account-related requests.
Process product purchases, collections, returns, and exchanges according to company procedures.
Provide accurate information on products, promotions, and company policies.

2. Cashiering & Transaction Processing

Process cash, credit card, e-wallet, and other payment transactions.
Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately in the system.
Perform daily cash reconciliation and submit reports as required.

3. Inventory & Product Handling

Prepare products for customer collection and delivery.
Monitor stock levels at the counter and report replenishment requirements.
Assist in stock receiving, stock transfers, and inventory counts when required.

4. Administrative Support

Maintain accurate customer and transaction records.
Prepare and file operational documents and reports.
Assist in data entry and other administrative duties assigned by management.

5. Customer Complaint Handling

Receive and handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints.
Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department for further action.
Follow up to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

6. Event & Operational Support

Assist in company events, roadshows, Pop-Up Stores, promotions, and recruitment activities.
Support meeting room, demo room, and event room operations when required.
Perform operational duties assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.

7. Compliance & Housekeeping

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the counter and service area.
Safeguard company assets, cash, inventory, and confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service and enhance member satisfaction.
Ensure smooth and efficient counter operations.
Maintain transaction accuracy and operational compliance.

Qualifications:

Minimum SPM Level
Prefer female with age between 20-35 years old, presentable look
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
Able to communicate effectively in English, Malay and Mandarin (To liaise with Mandarin speaking members and customers)
Computer literate
able wotk on rotational scheduled basis if necessary.

Job Summary:

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts in the pure water and waste water sector. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pure water and waste water industry, including municipal and industrial clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure solutions meet client specifications.
Prepare and submit proposals, quotes, and technical documentation for projects.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
Attend industry conferences and trade shows to promote our products and services.
Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Monitor and report on sales performance, targets, and forecasts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Civil, Chemical, or related) or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or technical support within the pure water and waste water industry or related field.
Strong understanding of waste water treatment processes and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships.
Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Malay.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.
