• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

•    Client Management

o    Prepare relevant files and account reports for relevant parties prior to meeting with clients.

o    Respond to client queries and attend to issues and requests.

o    Assist with the administrative support of clients’ relationships, and liaise with all other Departments when required (operational, administration, investment, legal etc.).

o    Ensure client's records / accounts / investments / market information are current and information updates are timely maintained with relevant accompanying correspondences and meeting reports.

•    Business Development

o    Keep the CEO advised of time-sensitive and high-priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow up.

o    Liaise with head office for any administrative issues.

o    Assist in composing replies for CEO’s review and approval as and when required.

o    Ensure fit-and-proper requirements are met (e.g. CPD requirements, complete mandatory training etc.) as stipulated by the regulators.

•    Provide strong coordination support across respective Investment Teams within the Bank

•    Liaison for Stakeholder teams 

o    Interface for Risk, Marketing, Compliance, Business Heads, Management Teams, etc both internal and external stakeholders

o    Serve as a liaison between CEO, Management Team, internal and external stakeholders. 

•    Operational Support

o    Ensure necessary follow-up actions are promptly taken on various operational matters e.g. deficiency and outstanding documentation.

o    Provide efficient day-to-day support (including email inbox management, co-ordination, and other ad hoc tasks).

o    Maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, business travel arrangements.

o    Schedule and organize departmental meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.

Your profile:
•    University degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Management, Economics or Finance.

Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and technical requirements for development teams.

Conduct business analysis, process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments to support digital transformation initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with business objectives.

Perform research and feasibility studies on emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions and process automation opportunities.

Support AI initiatives by identifying use cases and assisting in integrating AI capabilities into business processes.

Leverage previous development experience to bridge communication between business users and technical teams.

Analyze data and provide insights using reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau, Cognos, or other Business Intelligence platforms.

Work with data teams to define data requirements, data quality standards, and reporting solutions.

Prepare business proposals, solution recommendations, presentations, and executive summaries for stakeholders.

Participate in requirement workshops, design discussions, and solution reviews.

Collaborate with offshore and USA-based teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Understand and support applications and processes within the Real Estate and Construction domain.

Conduct market research and industry analysis to recommend process improvements and innovative solutions.

Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), requirement validation, and change management activities.

Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization across business processes.

Work closely with architects, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and governance standards are maintained.

Drive continuous improvements and contribute to strategic initiatives through strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.

Provide functional support and clarify requirements during development and implementation phases.

Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations.

Responsibilities

• Process daily trade transactions in a timely and accurate manner within service level agreement
• Perform pre-processing review of customers’ submissions and conduct documentary checks
• Ensure that regulatory, bank’s policies, guidelines, control and compliance requirements are strictly adhered to
• Complete daily reconciliation activities and prepare reports to internal stakeholders and/or customers
• Liaise with client on updating transaction statuses and support addressing transaction related queries
• Contribute to various process improvements and other projects as allocated

Requirements

• Graduate, preferably in Banking & Finance
• Knowledge of UCP, ISBP, URC, ISP, URDG is preferred
• At least 2-3 years of trade operations experience, covering all imports and exports products
• Self-starter who can work effectively in a team setting
• Candidates with lesser relevant experience may be considered for the analyst role
• Ability to manage daily operations with strong risk awareness, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills, decisive in communications
• Resilient and flexible in challenging circumstances
