Role Overview:
Deskside Administrator shall deliver friendly, hands‑on support to end users. • Professional certifications in Red Hat Linux and/or Microsoft technologies, including cloud certifications, are preferred.

• Experience managing middleware platforms such as IBM WebSphere Application Server and IBM MQ.
• Knowledge of system monitoring, performance tuning, patch management, and infrastructure maintenance.

• Proficiency in Linux shell scripting and automation.
