• Work closely with the technical/engineering team to understand solutions and align them with customer needs.
• Develop and execute marketing communication (Marcoms) strategies to support lead generation and brand positioning.
• Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationship management and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively engage clients to understand challenges and propose suitable solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between sales, technical, and marketing teams.
• Support pre-sales activities including presentations, proposals, and solution positioning.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering(Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field preferred)
• 3–4 years of experience in account management, technical sales, or Marcoms-related roles.
• Strong ability to drive initiatives independently and take ownership of projects.
• Comfortable working closely with technical teams and understanding engineering solutions.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business/marketing messaging.
• Experience in B2Benvironments (engineering solutions, software, or industrial sectors is a plus).
• Willingness to travel (if required, depending on location).
