IT Security & Asset Management

• Support IT security initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and equipment inventories.
• Assist in monitoring system access, user accounts, and security controls.
• Ensure all IT equipment is properly configured, maintained, and secured.

Continuous Improvement & Collaboration

• Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes accurately.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, systems, and user experience.
• Work closely with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders on IT projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the wider team to support business and operational objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or technical operations.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and common business applications.
• Basic understanding of networking, servers, hardware, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience supporting hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, or hotel applications is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

IT Executive

School Environment

5.5 days work week (Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm, alt Sat 9am to 1pm)

Location: Northeast

Salary range: $2800-3800 (commensurate with experience)

Job scope:
1.              Inventory management
2.              Server Maintenance
3.              Verifies and maintains backup systems
4.              Data retrieval and/or recovery
5.              PC Troubleshooting and maintenance
6.              Creates and maintains email accounts
7.              Liaises with vendors and purchases hardwares/software
8.              Installs IT related equipment (PCs, Printers and Scanners)
9.              Installs and maintains personal computers and printers systems in the offices, computer rooms and libraries
10.           Network maintenance
11.           Installs and maintains internet and intranet networks
12.           Maintains and improves on the wireless broadbandnetworks
13.           Provides necessary IT support to staff
14.           Provides a help desk for all staff and lecturers to request help on PC troubleshooting, new PC requests and internal movements
15.           Liaises and works with IT vendors for new project implementations
16.           Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Able to work independently

At least 1 year experience in the capacity of IT

Able to work extended hours as and when necessary
