Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Driver & Warehouse Assistant to support our daily delivery operations. This role primarily focuses on delivery and logistics support, with additional assistance in general operational and facility-related tasks. This position is important in ensuring timely deliveries and smooth day-to-day operations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily delivery and collection of goods to customers and suppliers
• Ensure safe loading, unloading, and handling of items
• Assist in route planning and delivery scheduling when required
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of items

Logistics Support

• Assist in warehouse operations such as receiving and dispatching goods
• Support packing and preparation of deliveries
• Assist in stock movement and basic inventory handling

Facilities & General Support

• Assist with basic maintenance tasks (e.g. minor repairs, facility upkeep)
• Support ad-hoc operational needs such as internal moves or urgent errands
• Coordinate and support other departments when necessary

Requirements

• Valid Class 3 driving license (Singapore)
• Comfortable with physical work (loading/unloading items)
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Able to work independently and handle ad-hoc tasks
• Basic handyman or technical experience is an advantage
• Prior experience as a delivery driver, warehouse assistant, or technician preferred

1. Responsible for the daily operations of e-commerce: processing daily sales orders, order fulfillment, inventory updates, product dispatch, invoicing, and responding to customer inquiries etc..

2. Promptly address customer inquiries, feedback, reviews, and resolve any customer concerns related to online orders and social media platforms.

3. Participate in and support e-commerce initiatives to enhance customer loyalty, engagement, and purchase behavior.

4. Create and maintain website content, ensuring all content is up-to-date, and verify that all pages, products, and prices on the site are accurate and in line with trading standards.

5. Develop and execute strategies and campaigns to achieve e-commerce platform sales targets, with full responsibility for budget management, performance evaluation, optimization, and analysis.

6. Manage brand presence on third-party e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc., through collaborative campaigns to maximize brand exposure and generate more sales.

7. Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.

8. Provide analytical reports on online sales and browsing activities, customer behavior, and purchasing patterns.

9. Work closely with the Finance team for monthly account closing reports.

10. Understand the current system's capabilities and limitations and continuously implement improvements to systems and processes.

11. Closely monitor competitors' activities and stay updated on current market trends.

12. Plan and execute the operational flow of e-commerce operations, activities (e.g., live streaming, giveaway campaigns, etc.), and projects when required.

13. Provide administrative and accounting supports.

Requirements

1. Secondary School/O Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, preferably in the field of Marketing/Business Management or equivalent.

2. Candidates with specialization in Digital Marketing/E-commerce/website administration or equivalent are preferred.

3. Hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/After Effects/Shopify/WordPress.

4. Possess initiative and be results-oriented.

5. Meticulous and highly accurate in assigned tasks.

6. Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

7. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

8. Able to cover other duties if required
