職位要求及資格

• 人力資源、工商管理或相關領域的文憑或學士學位。
• 至少 2-3 年人力資源和行政職能的工作經驗（應屆畢業生可考慮擔任初級職位）。
• 了解當地勞動法規及相關規定。
• 具備招募、薪資處理、員工關係和培訓協調方面的經驗。
• 對人力資源政策、流程和最佳實踐有深刻的理解。
• 精通微軟辦公室軟體和人力資源系統/SQL薪資軟體。
• 良好的溝通和人際交往能力。
• 具備較強的組織能力及時間管理能力，能夠同時處理多項任務。
• 高度誠信、保密和專業。
• 能夠獨立工作，也能作為團隊成員協作。

• 管理招募和甄選流程。
• 透過發展、吸引、激勵和保留人力資本，滿足當前和未來的業務需求。
• 制定並監督整個組織的人力資源策略、系統、策略和流程。
• 營造積極的工作環境。
• 監督和管理績效考核體系，以推動高績效。
