Join this team focused on RF Front End Modules for the Cellular and Wireless Data markets.  You will be part of the Business Unit Engineering organization and work directly with and support multiple product development teams.  

Position requires a senior technical specialist who can provide leadership in the development of new and sustainable technology platforms for the company using a solid background in materials, device physics, front end or back end processes, and supplier interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Understand process details, SPC, Control plans, OCAPs, FMEAs, PCN, CARs and Quality metrics. Conduct audits, benchmarking and drive best practice methodologies to proactively prevent quality excursions as the technology ramps.

• Lead all aspects technology integration into products, perform technical risk assessment, launch mitigation plans and ensure yield and reliability metrics are met and are in line with product release schedules.

Qualifications:   

• Master’s Degree or equivalent in Mechanical / Materials / Chemical Engineering. PHD Preferred

• 10+ years of experience desired in electronics packaging in related environments, especially RF module industry

• At least 5 years direct experience in process engineering, product integration or quality management at tier 1 foundries, or assembly sub-contractors.

• Solid technical understanding of full range of Semiconductor packaging materials, material interactions, processes, dominant failure mechanisms and analytical techniques.

• Good knowledge of packaging industry standards (IPC, JEDEC, IEEE, ISO, ANSI).

• Understanding of package/product qualification and reliability methods and failure analysis is required.

• Produce independent technical investigation reports, collaborating with the Independent Risk Manager while maintaining separate conclusions.

Compliance Coordination

• Support KYC/AML compliance requirements and assist with regulatory audits.
• Drive implementation plans for relevant security certifications (such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2) based on business expansion needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in information security, including at least 2 years in fintech, crypto, payments, or trading platforms
• Preferable with CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent certifications
• Hands-on cloud security experience (AWS / GCP / Azure), familiar with network segmentation, IAM, SIEM, and other core mechanisms
• Familiar with penetration testing methodologies, able to review and assess third-party penetration testing reports
• Capable of independently drafting security policies, not merely executing existing frameworks
• Practical experience in crypto assets, wallet security, or on-chain risk management

Responsibilities

• Leading the technical development and operational support of the PathFin.ai digital platform
• Implementing new features including automated content curation, AI-enabled knowledge matching, and roadmap generation tools
• Developing and maintaining the three core modules: Content Management, Community Engagement System, and Reporting & Analytics
•  Building API integrations with market data providers for AI adoption intelligence and trend analysis
• Ensuring platform stability, security, and optimal performance for all Programme participants
• Maintaining technical documentation, conducting system testing, and providing ongoing Platform maintenance and support
• Developing automated presentation generation capabilities for stakeholder engagement and policy development

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience leading projects or owning systems
• Lead the development of the platform (main system owner)
• Build new features (AI matching, content tools, roadmap tools)
• Manage core systems (content, community, reporting)
• Connect to external data sources (APIs for market data)
• Test the system and fix issues, maintain documentation and support the platform
• Build tools to auto-generate presentations

Skills needed:

• Strong Full stack development (frontend + backend)
• Experience designing systems / architecture, API integration skills, data and analytics systems
• Knowledge of cloud, security, and performance optimization
• Basic understanding of AI features
• Leadership or ownership experience
