職位描述

• 透過電話和線上訊息平台（WATI）處理客戶的請求和諮詢。
• 將學生安排到班級中，並回答客戶關於報名的問題。
• 解釋學校的各項政策以及報名時需要注意的事項
• 主動尋找可能的上課空檔，並向教練提出根據需求開設課程的建議。
• 與家長、學生和教練進行全程協調，完成課程安排。
• 管理客戶提出的補課請求，或透過分公司和班級管理部門分配補課任務。
• 主動監控學生學期內的課程剩餘狀況，並依照公司政策向家長/學生進行續課提醒。
• 負責與各方溝通課程取消事宜。
• 與分公司營運人員和教練合作，解決和管理替班教練安排。
• 負責學生從一對一課程轉到小組課程或反之亦然的轉課工作。
• 協助安排返校學生事宜及恢復課程。
• 與教練協調學生的學習進度，並確保班級資訊在系統中及時更新。
• 其他與該職位相關的臨時性工作。

資訊

• 在蒲種IOI大道辦公室工作。

• 每週工作 5 天（需週末加班）。

職位要求

• 最低學歷要求為大專以上，並持有相關領域的證書。

• 至少有1年客戶服務經驗。

• 在呼叫中心環境中，對顧客服務充滿熱情與奉獻。

• 性格以人為本，具有良好的溝通人際溝通能力。

• 能夠以堅韌和耐心處理客戶的諮詢和投訴。

• 具備較強的電腦技能，熟練 Microsoft Office、Google Sheets、Word 和 Excel 等軟體。

• 能夠用英語、國語和馬來語交流

• 專業、守時、有條理的人，能夠履行其協調所有工作的責任。

• 具備良好的團隊合作精神，能夠與團隊成員合作，在內部和外部進行溝通和訊息傳遞。
