Job Description

The Manager, Risk & Compliance is a new role at Hafnia, to be based in Singapore or Copenhagen and part of the Governance, Risk & Compliance pillar within the Executive Projects, Compliance & ESG team. The team works closely with Hafnia's Leadership Group across three pillars to enable strategic execution, safeguard the organization through robust governance and risk oversight, and embed sustainability across the business.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance. During an initial transition period, the role will report directly to the Head of Executive Projects, Compliance & ESG.

This position will play a critical role in operating Hafnia's risk management framework and Corporate Compliance Program, driving compliance efforts and managing enterprise risks. It involves guiding departments and maintaining oversight on compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to sanctions, anti-corruption, anti-trust, anti-money laundering, GDPR, and business ethics. A key focus is building a strong culture of integrity and adherence to regulatory and risk standards across the organization.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Risk management framework

• Operationalize and continuously improve Hafnia's enterprise risk management framework
• Conduct risk assessments and risk reviews with business owners across functions
• Maintain Hafnia's risk register and relevant documentation
• Work with business owners to develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans

Regulatory compliance and governance for corporate office

• Develop, implement and regularly review our compliance policies
• Keep up to date on regulatory developments to ensure the business remains complaint
• Assess effectiveness of the Compliance Program and adapt it to regulatory developments and emerging risks
• Coordinate regularly with the legal team and HSEQ department on compliance matters

Corporate ethics and integrity

• Champion a culture of compliance and ethical decision-making across the organization
• Monitor adherence to our policies and procedures
• Develop compliance training programs and conduct mandatory training and awareness sessions, partnering with the Executive Projects team on rollout and change management
• Manage our whistleblower program and protection mechanisms
• Advise on internal investigations and corrective actions in case of violations

Reporting and auditor coordination

• Manage internal and external audit inquiries relating to Enterprise Risk Management and compliance activities
• Maintain documentation related to compliance and enterprise risk management
• Ensure timely reporting and resolution to inquiries or audits
• Report top risks to leadership and the Audit Committee on a regular cycle

Cross-functional collaboration

• Work with the Executive Projects team on policy implementation and change management initiatives
• Coordinate with the ESG team on governance frameworks, ESG risk integration and assurance alignment
• Work across Legal, HSEQ, Internal Audit and Commercial functions on shared risk and compliance topics

Crisis management and incident response

• Develop and implement crisis response strategies for compliance and risk-related incidents

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience working in shipping, compliance and/or risk management, preferably within an in-house team and in a global context. Legal experience is a plus.

About the role:

At Goodnotes, we're on a mission to create the best medium for human and AI collaboration. You will join a talented, distributed Growth Marketing team across Europe and Asia, looking after ASO, Performance Marketing, and CRM. As our User Acquisition Manager, you will own the execution of our paid acquisition program across global markets — managing campaigns, measurement infrastructure, and experimentation. This role sits within a structured capital allocation framework - you’re expected to understand and contribute to market-level unit economics (payback windows, LTV/CAC, ROAS by market) that determines where we invest, not just how individual campaigns perform. This is the role for you, if you’re excited to work on the things listed below:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms — driving efficient user growth across global markets
• Own market-level unit economics reporting — tracking 1Y ROAS, payback period, and LTV/CAC — and translate insights into concrete optimization decisions

The Role

The incumbent is responsible for achieving sales targets and margins, be involved from initiation to completion of sales cycles; with particular focus on maintenance sales, the incumbent will ensure high level of client engagement and identify development potential in existing accounts. Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and manage the overall procurement function, aligning procurement strategy and sourcing plans with project requirements and company objectives
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the procurement department, including sourcing, supplier evaluation and selection, purchase order management, materials and equipment planning, budgeting and cost control
• Develop, implement and enforce procurement policies, procedures and standards to ensure consistency, transparency and compliance
• Monitor procurement progress and performance against project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment to site
• Take prompt action to address supply delays, material shortages, price fluctuations or emergencies that may impact site progress
• Liaise with project teams, commercial/QS, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and relevant authorities to resolve procurement and supply issues
• Manage supplier relationships, conduct supplier performance evaluations and maintain an approved vendor list
• Lead, guide and develop the procurement team to build a capable and high-performing department

Requirements

• Recognised Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering Management or its equivalent
• Minimum 15 years' procurement & commercial experience, with relevant managerial/leadership experience, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, market trends and supplier networks
• Familiar with procurement systems/ERP and relevant procurement compliance requirements
• Able to communicate and write fluently in both English and Chinese to prepare procurement analysis and supervision reports for Beijing HQ
• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with strong leadership and excellent team spirit

• Assist with the efficient running of the laundry section as a Team Lead
• Operate and supervise the operation of laundry machinery as assigned
• Train and coach new laundry attendants
• Ensure and observe workplace safety practices
• Ensure and maintain cleanliness of working area
• Manage laundry attendants’ rosters and monitor the operation 
• Provide training to new staffs
• Perform laundry activities including (sorting linens, operate iron & folding machines, packing of cleaned linens)
• Loading and unloading of goods onto vehicle according to delivery order
• Perform pickups and collection for the company covering specific areas
• Ensuring safe receipt, retrieval and dispatching of goods
• Delivering goods to our branches in a safe, courteous, and timely manner
• Establishing and maintaining excellent service during delivery
• To perform duties as tasked

• Delivery when required or delivery man on leave or MC.

• Able to work ot on weekend and split shift.

Responsibilities :

Team Leadership & Technical Direction

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers to deliver engineering solutions ensuring team capabilities align with customer expectations.
• Provide direction, expert advice, mentoring, and workflow management, including task prioritization and resource coordination, to achieve project objectives and milestones.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams in line with the agreed architecture, ensuring both effectiveness and adherence to customer requirements.
• Provide functional encompassing the Thales Performance Management framework management for reporting delivery roles

Promote knowledge sharing, ensuring work products are sufficiently documented for reuse across projects.

Project & Process Management

• Oversee the timely delivery of artifacts and releases in line with program milestones.
• Facilitate and lead technical reviews, workshops, peer reviews, and project reviews as required by the program.
• Ensure delivery in accordance with Thales processes and practices, actively contributing to their continuous improvement

Support discipline managers in defining and tailoring applicable processes, practices, and tools for the project

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Communicate, analyse, plan, and report as necessary to align team capabilities with customer requirements
• Ensure clear and effective communication (both written and verbal) with internal and external customers
• Manage customer scope in line with the approved baseline and schedule

Manage customer expectations and provide support during requirements analysis, proposing and negotiating mutually beneficial (“win-win”) solutions

Risk, Quality & Reporting

• Identify and assess risks, propose effective solutions, execute mitigation actions, and report on outcomes, cost savings, and residual risks
• Define and maintain metrics to monitor progress, measure performance, identify issues early, and support informed decision-making to ensure successful delivery

Prepare and lead monthly Technical and Financial Reviews (TFR) sessions and support the Work Package review process

Commercial & Bid Support

• Support bid activities and contribute to the preparation and review of engineering cost estimates for modification proposals to the functional baseline

Qualifications

·       Degree inEngineering, Computer Science, IT or other relevant qualification

Essential Experience

·       Solid experienceof managing the development of real time distributed complex software centricsolutions in a safety critical environment (10+ years)

·       A recognisedleader with solid experience in managing multi-skilled global engineering teamsand fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

·       Solid knowledgeand experience in Systems Engineering lifecycle (eg. EIA632, ISO/IEC15288)

·       Advancedanalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage a wide rangeof stakeholders across a complex environment

·       Solid experiencein upskilling and training new engineers

·       Strongexperience using Earned Value Management, Work Package Control and reporting,with exposure to scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera etc.)

·       Financial /budgetary management of engineering work packages or tasks

·       Strong abilityto communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including Project,Engineering Delivery Managers, Product Owners, Technical Design Authorities,Speciality engineers and the engineering team under management.

·       Collaborationtools including Jira, Confluence etc.

Desirable:

·       Air TrafficManagement domain expertise (inc. standards such as ICAO, Eurocontrol, AIDC)

·       Experience inproduct delivery using agile methodologies like Lean methods (including PDCA,Kanban, Value-Stream Mapping).  Priorexperience working in an Agile@Scale framework is a bonus
