Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for HR-related matters across the employee lifecycle, including contract updates, staff movements, employment changes, and other HR documentation.
Ensure all HR services are delivered in accordance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Maintain and update records and trackers accurately for reporting and operational purposes.
Support the maintenance and improvement of team documentation and knowledge resources.
Participate in knowledge sharing and cross-training within the team to ensure consistent service delivery.
Provide on-site support and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders.
Assist management with process reviews, reporting, and information gathering when required.
Contribute to team projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and service quality.
Work closely with stakeholders to provide administrative and operational HR support.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with the team to implement solutions.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Interest in using technology to improve work processes; familiarity with automation tools is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work well in a team environment.
Able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
