To request quotation from suppliers/sub-contractor and evaluate the proposal as well as negotiate terms to secure cost-effective and high-quality supplies.
Implementing all aspects of QS services from Pre to Post Contract including submission of progress claim, variation order and completion of Final Account
To manage and co-ordinate projects related contractual matters.
Supervise on-site works and ensure that they are carried out in accordance to approved specifications and achieve quality aspect.
Work closely with main-contractors on project progress, deliverables and timeframe.
Close coordination of work with both internal (project team) and external parties (client, regulatory bodies and etc.).
Other ad-hoc tasks within the Quantity Surveyor's capability.
Job Requirement:
Minimum 1-5 years of working experience in construction industry or relevant field.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Project Management, Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
Good communication skills, positive working attitude, punctuality with high responsibility, and able to work independently.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage.

Prepare and maintain safety reports, records, and documentation.

Pemeriksaan Tapak: Menjalankan audit tapak secara berkala untuk mengenal pasti risiko alam sekitar (cth., sisa terjadual, kualiti air, bunyi bising dan habuk) dan mengesyorkan tindakan pembetulan.
Pelaporan: Menyediakan dan mengemukakan laporan alam sekitar bulanan kepada Pengurus Projek dan agensi kerajaan yang berkaitan.

Job Requirements

Administer daily incoming and outgoing correspondences, maintain accurate and updated electronic and paper filing systems for quick retrieval
Schedule appointments, manage calendars and site visits for coordination of team activities
Upkeep of project documentation including drawings, reports and contracts to ensure accuracy
Distribute documents, track and assist to prepare submissions, approvals, and project reports to monitor project progress
Manage attendance records to support workforce tracking
Maintenance of site office supplies

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma or equivalent
GCE N/O/A-Levels applicants with relevant experience are welcomed to apply
Preferably to have at least 2 - 3 years working experience in the Construction industry
Knowledge on Aconex construction software or other document control software is an added advantage
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Words)
