• Proven experience managing large-scale multidisciplinary project packages independently.
• Strong commercial, contractual, and financial management skills.
• Experience managing clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Familiarity with SAP and project management systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• PMP Certification will be an advantage.

· Prepare Bills of Quantities

· Obtained quotations and do up evaluation for quotations

· Prepare the sub-contract/purchasing document for review & approval

· Cost management of projects.

· Assist the supervisor in the preparation of EOT, acceleration, prolongation and cost claims etc.

· Prepare final accounts of sub-contract work

· Prepare progress payment certificates for sub-contractors

· Attend meeting as and when required.

· Other duties as assigned.
