Requirements

• 3–7 years of BD/sales experience, preferably in security services
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore market
• Experience with tenders (e.g., GeBIZ) is an advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients

Accounts Executive Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting transactions such as invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare financial statements and monthly reports.

• Assist in payroll processing, CPF submissions, and staff claims verification.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Work closely with auditors and assist in audit preparation.

DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report to Operations Manager
• Taking charge of Security Officers
• Conduct routine checks on the security personnel to monitor their performance
• Ensure that all Security Officers adhere to all rules and regulations of the Company and clients
• Maintain the standard of quality that the company has established for each site
• Ensure manpower development and training
• Ensure the updating and maintenance of the file systems and documentation is carried out effectively at all job sites
• Plan and monitor the day-to-day manpower schedule and the operations of the respective sites
• Liaise with Finance on billings and payments and with HR on wages, staffing and administrative matters through the Operations Manager
• Submit monthly reports and conduct checks of all sites under their responsibility
• Conduct weekly site visits to assigned sites (2times a week)
• Conduct silent hour spot checks
• Ensure regular security meetings are organised with the clients (At least once a month)

QUALIFICATIONS,KNOWLEDGGE & EXPERIENCE:

A. Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Levels
• Applicants with a Diploma in Security Management or GCE ‘A’ Levels will, however, have anadvantage      
• Valid PLRD License

B. Experience

• At least 4 years of experience as an Operations Executive
• Ex-SAF, SPF or SCDF staff in a leadership position is preferred

C. Skills & Knowledge

• Must possess a Class 3 license
• Relevant experience in the security industry

Senior Engineer – Security Operations Center (SOC)

Our client is looking for an experienced SOC Engineer to maintain and improve their cybersecurity posture by implementing security solutions as well as monitoring, detecting and containing incidents to minimize impact.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and maintain IT security policies, standards and procedures aligned with frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO/IEC 27001.
• Conduct security assessments including vulnerability management, penetration testing and secure code reviews to identify risks and recommend remediation.
• Monitor and respond to cybersecurity alerts and incidents, perform root cause analysis and coordinate containment and recovery actions.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application and compliance teams to provide security guidance, manage risk findings and strengthen system security posture.
• Lead security operations initiatives such as SOC/vendor management, security tool implementation and cloud security as well as drive security awareness programs and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field with at least 10 years of experience in information or cybersecurity.
• Strong experience in cloud security and enterprise platforms including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Solid understanding of security standards, risk management and regulatory frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27005, MTCS (Multi-Tier Cloud Security) and Singapore PDPA.
• Hands-on knowledge of security technologies including EDR/XDR, IAM, PAM, CASB, SASE, MFA, NAC and vulnerability management practices.
• Relevant professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) would be an added advantage.
