• Collaborate on API integrations and system migrations from legacy to modern architectures
• Ensure scalability and alignment with enterprise architecture standards

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles including planning, execution, and defect management
• Ensure production readiness and minimize post-release issues
• Drive continuous improvement in testing practices

Change Management & Training

• Support change enablement initiatives to drive adoption of new systems and processes
• Deliver training and documentation to end users
• Promote best practices and process standardization across teams

Experience

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital or enterprise transformation environments
• Proven track record in CRM, ERP, or loyalty platform implementations
• Experience across industries such as aviation, retail, utilities, FMCG, or manufacturing preferred

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio
• Exposure to platforms such as Salesforce (Service, Marketing, Data Cloud), SAP FICO, or similar
• Understanding of API integrations and modern system architectures

Methodologies

• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery frameworks
• Strong knowledge of requirements engineering and business process modeling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or equivalent are highly desirable

Nice to Have

• Experience working with offshore vendor teams
• Multilingual capability (e.g., English, Mandarin, Japanese)
• Experience in large-scale enterprise transformations
