• Strong knowledge in application support and maintenance and possesses hands-on’ knowledge and experience in end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle;

• Experience in IT project implementation, specifically on user requirements gathering, IT business analysis, application solutioning, UI/UX design and using automated testing software such as Tricentis TOSCA would be an added advantage;

• Experience in the following would be advantageous:

• Cloud platform and technology;
• Application development using Power builder, Java, Delphi or ASP.Net; and
• Government projects.

• Experience with stakeholder management;

• Have a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills, able to work and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met; and

• Experience in working under minimal supervision and to demonstrate ability to ensure tasks are well completed and project is on schedule.

Job Duties:

• Support UAT - including test plan review, execution, results verification
• Trouble shoot, raise JIRA ticket for defects identified, ensuring all tickets are retested and closed
• Ensure UAT is carried out correctly and timely
