Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Attend and actively participate in daily toolbox meetings at 6 a.m. to align on work plans and safety protocols
• Develop realistic work schedules and assign tasks to optimize project progress
• Supervise construction workers daily to ensure task completion and adherence to standards
• Enforce workplace safety measures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during project execution
• Mediate and resolve disputes between clients and workers to maintain workflow continuity
• Manage all office and site-related administrative and operational tasks with accountability
• Adapt to working in strict, challenging environments and flexible hours as required
• Perform duties effectively under direct supervision

Jobs Responsibilities

• Oversee office administration, including policies, maintenance, supplies, facilities, lease management, and call handling

• Manage office expenses, invoice processing, and ensure compliance with audit standards

• Ensure regulatory compliance, workplace safety, security systems, and maintain BCP and ESG practices

• Handle procurement processes, vendor coordination, and ensure proper CDD checks

• Plan and coordinate office events, town halls, and staff well-being activities

• Support daily operations including access management, ad-hoc tasks, and special projects
