Reporting To Assembly Leader

Position Summary

• The Production Control Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all production scheduling, material control, and project progress activities for semiconductor cleaning equipment assembly projects.
• This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth assembly operations, on-time delivery, and efficient resource utilization while meeting quality, cost, and customer requirements. The manager will work closely with procurement, engineering, warehouse, quality assurance, project management teams, Japanese customers, and Japan HQ to coordinate production schedules and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Scheduling

Develop and manage master production schedules for semiconductor cleaning equipment assembly projects.

Coordinate manpower allocation and production loading based on project priorities and customer delivery requirements.

Monitor daily production progress and adjust schedules to minimize delays and bottlenecks.

Issue and control production work orders and assembly schedules.

2. Material Control & Inventory Management

Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability.

Monitor material shortages, delivery delays, excess inventory, and supply risks.

Manage kitting schedules and material readiness for assembly operations.

Improve inventory accuracy and support stock control activities.

3. Project Coordination & Customer Communication

主要職責

1. 專案規劃與執行

• 與利害關係人合作，確定專案範圍、目標和交付成果。

• 制定詳細的專案計劃，包括時間表、里程碑、任務依賴關係和資源分配。

• 與銷售團隊召開啟動會議，使團隊成員與專案要求保持一致。

2. 團隊與資源管理

• 協調內部團隊（開發人員、設計師、品質保證人員）和外部供應商或客戶。

• 根據可用性和能力分配和管理資源。

• 監控工作量，並視需要調整資源分配和時間安排。

3. 客戶與利害關係人溝通

• 作為客戶與內部團隊之間的主要聯絡人。
• 管理利害關係人的期望，並定期提供專案更新（專案主資料）。
• 組織評審會議並管理簽字確認環節。

4. 預算與時間控制

• 追蹤專案預算，確保成本效益，防止超支。
• 控制專案進度，主動更新時間表，並透過正式的變更請求管理範圍變更。

5. 風險與問題管理

• 及早發現風險，評估影響，並制定緩解計畫。
• 將關鍵問題和瓶頸連同提出的解決方案上報給管理階層。
• 主導專案事後分析，記錄經驗教訓，以持續改善。

• 確保所有交付成果均有文件記錄，並符合既定的品質標準。

• 維護專案文件、任務追蹤工具（例如 JIRA、Lark）和溝通日誌。

• 確保遵守內部標準作業規程和業界最佳實務。

品質管理與專案交付

• 定義並維護專案特定的品質標準和驗收標準

與利害關係人、品質保證團隊和技術負責人合作。

• 監督整個測試生命週期，確保品質保證團隊擁有必要的資源，並確保所有測試活動（功能測試、回歸測試、效能測試等）都徹底且按時執行。

• 在提交使用者驗收測試 (UAT) 之前，進行正式審查以驗證所有專案交付成果是否符合已定義的業務需求和品質標準。

• 制定並管理全面的部署計劃，包括領導用戶

與客戶進行驗收測試 (UAT)，確保最終簽署確認，並監督專案順利部署到生產環境。
