1. Strategic Design & Spatial Systems Development
• Translate client requirements into integrated spatial and material strategies aligned with functional, aesthetic, and commercial objectives
• Develop material-driven and monolithic design approaches prioritizing durability, lifecycle performance, and maintainability
• Lead concept direction across residential and boutique commercial projects

• Specify and implement high-performance material systems, including:
• mineral-based finishes
• engineered wood systems
• stone and surface restoration methodologies
• no-hack renovation solutions
• Evaluate materials based on:
• lifecycle cost efficiency
• environmental suitability (tropical conditions)
• constructability and execution feasibility

Requirements
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in:
• Interior Design
• Architecture
• Fine Arts (including specializations in Visual Communication, Advertising Arts, or Design Strategy)
• or related discipline
• Candidates with Fine Arts or Visual Communication backgrounds must demonstrate substantial professional experience in spatial design, material specification, and project execution
