About the Role:
As our Executive for After Sales, you will drive business growth within the security and public safety domains by managing our entire end-to-end sales lifecycle. You will take charge of identifying new opportunities, preparing competitive project quotations, and spearheading comprehensive tender proposals. Building strategic partnerships is a core focus, as you will actively engage with consultants, contractors, and end-clients, while representing the company at major industry exhibitions. Internally, you will oversee sales forecasting and pipeline tracking while collaborating closely with our Project, Service, and Finance teams to guarantee successful project delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the security and public safety domains.
Prepare and submit tender proposals and service quotations, ensuring competitive and compliant submissions.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract finalization and handover.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with consultants, contractors, and end clients.
Oversee sales forecasting, revenue tracking, and pipeline management for management reporting.
Collaborate closely with internal departments (Project, Service, and Finance) to ensure alignment on project delivery and client requirements.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings to enhance visibility and brand positioning.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical), IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management (after-sales service focus preferred).
Full sales cycle ownership, from initial lead generation to final contract handover.
Familiarity with security hardware (CCTV, access control, PA systems, screening/scanning equipment). Prior experience in Singapore's electronic security, ELV, homeland security, or building automation sectors, familiarity with GeBIZ and Singapore public sector tender submissions is a strong advantage.
Hands-on experience preparing accurate project quotations, pricing proposals, and evaluating commercial risks.
Proficient in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and management reporting.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills; confident representing the brand at trade exhibitions.
Strong team player able to coordinate seamlessly with internal engineering, operations, and finance teams.
Self-motivated and persistent when navigating technical sales.
