Job Summary

Lead project coordination and supervision of architectural works by managing specifications, drawings, materials, scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor collaboration to ensure quality, safety compliance, and timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and resolve project specifications and technical issues through collaboration with clients, consultants, project teams, and subcontractors
• Coordinate architectural drawings by preparing, submitting, and updating shop drawings to support project progress
• Manage material requisition, schedule work activities, control project costs, and supervise site operations to ensure smooth and timely progress
• Enforce quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout project execution
• Supervise on-site activities and coordinate effectively with subcontractors to maintain workflow and resolve issues

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience supervising architectural works

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to lead teams and work independently
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels and foster teamwork

Job Summary

Support project management by coordinating contract execution, preparing technical documents, managing schedules, and ensuring quality and compliance across multiple construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager in executing contract progress and project controls including budgeting and planning
• Prepare, review, and submit shop drawings, catalogues, and engineering calculations to meet project requirements
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and forecasts to track progress and resource needs
• Calculate bill of materials and engineering deliverables to support project implementation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project milestones
• Monitor and perform quality checks on completed work stages and recommend improvements for effective project management
• Develop method statements and testing procedures to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards
• Produce project status and progress reports to communicate updates to stakeholders
• Attend progress and technical meetings to facilitate collaboration and resolve issues
• Write clear reports and documentation to support project records and communication
• Facilitate effective communication among engineering, technical, construction, and project control teams
• Inspect installations and operations to verify compliance with design specifications and safety regulations
• Support project manager with all other project administrative tasks as required

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the local construction industry

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects
• Experience with precast design
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet tight project deadlines
• Positive working attitude and readiness to start immediately or within a short notice period
