We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Administration Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company. This role is central to ensuring that internal processes run smoothly, projects remain aligned, and all documentation and workflows are accurately maintained.
You will work closely across teams—including design, engineering, and production—to coordinate activities, manage information flow, and support the execution of projects from concept to manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily administrative and operational functions across the company
• Coordinate across teams to ensure project timelines, deliverables, and communication remain aligned
• Handle company accounts, invoicing, and financial record-keeping
• Organize meetings, track action items, and prepare presentation materials when required
• Liaise with external manufacturers and vendors for outsourced production
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation for manufacturing workflows
• Develop and improve internal systems, processes, and operational structures as the company scales

• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Familiarity with presentation or design tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
