Job Description: Channel Sales Executive (COROS Singapore) - Field Based
About Us
We are the official representative and distributor of COROS in Singapore, operating under Pangu Running. We are dedicated to bringing premium sports technology and performance wearables to the local market. We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Professional to manage our distribution channels and grow our retail network across Singapore.
Working Arrangements (Fully Field-Based)
Remote Flexibility: You are not required to report to the office daily. This is a fully field-based role, giving you the autonomy to manage your schedule and focus on client visits.
Daily Reporting: Required to submit a Daily Activity & Sales Report to keep the management team updated on dealer visits, market feedback, and pipeline progress.
Weekly Alignment: Required to attend at least one sales meeting per week (in-person or virtual) to review targets and strategies, along with any other ad-hoc meetings as per the company's needs.
Job Responsibilities
Dealer Account Management (Farmer): * Act as the primary point of contact for all current COROS authorized dealers in Singapore.
Nurture business relationships, manage inventory replenishment, and ensure stores are well-stocked.
Provide ongoing product training for dealer staff and assist with visual merchandising.
Business Development (Hunter): * Proactively identify, pitch, and onboard new retail partners (sports specialty stores, consumer electronics retailers, etc.) to expand COROS's market presence.
Sales & Administration: * Consistently track and achieve wholesale targets.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or account management. Experience in the sporting goods or consumer electronics industry is highly advantageous.
Self-Disciplined: Highly independent and self-motivated. Able to thrive in a remote work setup while maintaining high productivity and accountability.
Skillset: Proven track record of hitting B2B sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Language: Bilingual proficiency is a strong plus to negotiate and communicate effectively with local business owners.
