Job Summary

Lead and supervise M&E teams across multiple locations, coordinating on-site works, training new employees, managing maintenance and troubleshooting tasks, and ensuring timely response to client urgent calls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate M&E teams across multiple sites to ensure effective execution of mechanical and electrical works
• Collaborate with the M&E Department and main contractors to schedule and monitor progress of on-site M&E works
• Train new employees to build team capability and ensure adherence to operational standards
• Prepare detailed service reports documenting maintenance and repair activities
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime
• Respond promptly to urgent client calls to resolve issues efficiently
• Conduct maintenance works at various sites, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Apply knowledge of ACMV systems to support M&E operations (advantageous skill)

Required competencies and certifications

• Experience in mechanical and electrical (M&E) works, including electrical and ACMV systems

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in ACMV systems (not essential but advantageous for role effectiveness)

Job Summary

Support project execution by assisting in progress reporting, coordinating with supervisors, clients, and subcontractors, and managing on-site technical and engineering matters to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Guide and teach workers on job on site
• Assist in preparing monthly progress claims and compiling monthly progress reports to track project status.
• Collaborate with supervisors and foremen to enforce adherence to site rules and regulations, ensuring operational compliance.
• Manage all on-site technical and engineering issues to maintain project quality and resolve challenges promptly.
• Participate in project planning by monitoring progress and schedules to support timely delivery.
• Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to address all project aspects, providing technical and non-technical solutions with proper documentation.
• Implement and monitor Environmental, Safety, and Health practices consistently to maintain a safe work environment.
